Return Process

  Initiate the Mission

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to verify your identity and purchase details.

  Choose Your Path

  Select whether you want to exchange your shades for a different style, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Pack the Goods

  Secure your items in their original packaging—including the Limpcloth and any accessories—and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 4.
  Send It

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
